General Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/h5>

Our General Terms and Conditions have been drawn up by the Childcare Industry Organization and are mandatory. All childcare services provided by Kinderopvang ‘t Veldmuisje (daycare, toddler group, and after-school care) adhere to these General Terms and Conditions<\/a>. <\/p>

Additional Terms<\/strong><\/h5>

For daycare, toddler group, and after-school care, Kinderopvang ‘t Veldmuisje applies additional terms and conditions, which are included in the placement agreement.<\/p>

Tax Authorities<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

You might be eligible for childcare benefits<\/a>. You can inquire about this with the tax authorities. If you are eligible, we advise you to apply for it as soon as possible on the tax authorities’ website. This can be done up to three months after childcare has started. <\/p>

Automatic Debit<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

Choose the convenience of automatic debit. Is your childcare benefit directly deposited into Kinderopvang ‘t Veldmuisje’s account? Then we will offset this with the automatic debit. ‘t Veldmuisje collects this amount around the 25th of the month. For this, please contact the central office via info@t-veldmuisje.nl or call 085-9025400.<\/p>

Parent App<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

Kinderopvang ‘t Veldmuisje uses the Parent App<\/a> (from Konnect). In the app, you can view photos taken in your child’s group, read messages from pedagogical staff, and send messages yourself. For children up to one year old, the Parent App also serves as a logbook. <\/p>

Right of Withdrawal<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

You can cancel the agreement free of charge up to two months before the start date. If this two-month period has passed, the cancellation costs will be a maximum of twice the agreed monthly amount for childcare costs. If childcare has already started, a one-month notice period applies, which you are obligated to pay.
