VVE

All toddler groups at ’t Veldmuisje offer VVE programs: a playful and targeted way of learning for children from age 2 who could use extra practice. The youth health clinic (consultatiebureau) determines which children are eligible. They attend the existing toddler groups for 16 hours a week (usually 4 half-day sessions).

Language, motor skills, and social skills are encouraged through play, so that potential delays are prevented or reduced. Thanks to this early childhood education, all children get the chance to start elementary school with a solid foundation.
