Welcome to 't Veldmuisje's After-School Care locations
Talent Development
Whatever your child’s talents or interests, After-School Care De VeldRakkers has a lot to offer! In addition to rest and relaxation, children will find a wide range of super fun activities here. Based on the themes of Creativity, Culture, Nature, Sports, and Theater, children are offered all sorts of engaging and stimulating activities. One afternoon might be filled with crafts, while another involves an interesting workshop. Your child plays under the supervision of pedagogical professionals they trust. These staff members are expert, well-trained, dedicated, and enthusiastic. They provide your child with a sense of security and encourage them to reach their full potential and continuously develop. Care, upbringing, and development flow seamlessly together.
Our Vision
After-School Care De VeldRakkers believes in providing a stimulating environment where children can discover and develop their talents. We strive to offer children a second home where they feel safe and valued.
We see after-school care as more than just a place for children to go after school. We offer an environment where children feel safe, have fun, and can develop in their own way. We also view after-school care as a valuable addition to home upbringing.
Children are guided by dedicated pedagogical professionals who know them and monitor their development. By working with familiar faces, we create a trusted environment where children can be themselves.
Objectives
Our objectives are aimed at promoting the personal and social development of each child. We offer varied activities that align with children’s interests and talents, and we encourage cooperation and friendship.
Our Approach
Opening Hours
Our after-school care is open after school until 6:00 PM. Pre-school care is open from 7:00 AM. During school holidays, hours are from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We offer a structured daily schedule that ensures a balance between activities and free time.
Pre-School Care
Do you, as a parent, have to leave home early and are unable to take your child(ren) to school yourself? Then our Pre-School Care is ideal. Children can come to us from 7:00 AM, allowing you to get to work on time, calmly, and with peace of mind. Meanwhile, children at De VeldRakkers start their day calmly in a pleasant environment. They are free to choose an activity and can still enjoy playing and relaxing. Of course, we keep an eye on the clock and take the children to school on time.
After-School Care
When school is out, the staff of De VeldRakkers are already waiting for ‘their’ children for a fun afternoon of after-school care at one of our three After-School Care locations. After a busy school day, children find rest, relaxation, and a wide range of suitable, super fun activities there. Boredom has no chance here, and children are often disappointed when they are picked up ‘already’ at the end of the afternoon!
Locations
After-School Care De VeldRakkers has locations in Kerkdriel, Velddriel, and a special Sports After-School Care. Additionally, we have a Nature After-School Care in Vught.
