Excellent Customer Satisfaction Survey Results 2025
We are proud to share the results of our recently conducted customer satisfaction survey. Parents and guardians who use ‘t Veldmuisje Childcare have rated us with an exceptional score of 8.9, which is significantly higher than the national average of 7.8.
Parents were surveyed on their feedback regarding various themes such as general satisfaction, location, information/communication, pedagogical/didactic practices, atmosphere/safety, and connection with the organization.
This excellent score reflects the quality and dedication our team invests daily in providing a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for the children. The result confirms that our efforts are appreciated.
Strengths mentioned by multiple parents include having consistent caregivers and stable teams, which provides a sense of security and stability. Many responses also highlight the involvement, personal attention, and loving approach of our staff towards the children. The atmosphere is frequently mentioned, with aspects such as warmth, coziness, and a home-like environment often emphasized.
In addition to these positive results, parents also provided valuable feedback on potential improvements. We take the suggested areas for improvement, such as communication, challenges for older children, and flexibility and planning, seriously. We will carefully analyze and address them to further optimize our services.
