Dedicated, permanent professionals

At ‘t Veldmuisje, we want to give your child a familiar place for care so they quickly feel safe. Dealing with different caregivers all the time doesn’t fit that goal. That’s why we work with permanent teams of dedicated professionals at all our locations.

All our childcare professionals have a few things in common:

A passion for the profession and a loving approach to the children
At least a level 3 MBO diploma in the Healthcare/Welfare sector
First Aid certificate
Emergency Response (BHV) certificate

Early Childhood Education

In addition, many of our childcare professionals have completed supplementary VVE (Pre- and Early Childhood Education) training. Naturally, all our colleagues at the preschools have this qualification. However, we give all our professionals the opportunity to take this course, and they use it enthusiastically! This means that in the daycares and after-school care centers of ‘t Veldmuisje, many professionals possess this knowledge and skill, enabling them to identify any developmental specifics early on and provide expert stimulation for the children.

Training

No matter how well-educated you are, you never stop learning. We believe it’s important to support our professionals in developing their knowledge and skills, so we constantly offer them courses, workshops, and training. We work with individual training plans that are updated annually.
