New: After-school Care Heerewaarden
The after-school care program will soon start in the space of our toddler care, located in the Tweestromenschool, next to MFC De Steen and close to the sports fields. We are furnishing this space to be warm, homey, and stimulating, with materials and activities suitable for children of after-school care age.
After a school day, the after-school care program offers time to unwind, play, and do what makes children happy. Children choose what suits them best: playing outside, being creative, being active, building, or simply relaxing. We cater to their interests, talents, and needs, so that every child feels comfortable in the group.

The after-school care program is open 52 weeks a year, with the exception of public holidays.
There are 40 school weeks and 12 holiday weeks. We follow the holiday schedule of the South region.
